How can this be resolved?
If an error occurs, most issues can be fixed by refreshing the app using the [Ctrl + Shift + R] shortcut or by restarting the app from the settings menu.
The issue persists even after restarting the app
If the problem continues after restarting the app, try reinstalling the app by following the steps below.
- Uninstall the app from your PC. (Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Uninstall OP.GG app)
- Download and run the (op.gg.bat) file from the provided link. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XxWEvU_vMWDvAAa14ANrsuBBHmYLnpX0)
- Download and install the latest version of the app. (https://op.gg/desktop/)
If the issue remains after reinstallation, please contact customer support with the app version information displayed at the bottom left of the app.
