1. Turn off hardware acceleration

Go to [App Settings] - [Game] and turn off hardware acceleration, then check if the issue is resolved.

2. Perform a clean installation of the app

Follow the steps below to reinstall the app and check if the symptoms improve.

Uninstall the app from the PC. - (Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Remove OP.GG app)
Download and run the op.gg.bat file via the link below. (This file contains no virus and will open a CMD window briefly before closing automatically.) - Download op.gg.bat
Download and install the latest version of the app from the page below. - https://op.gg/desktop/

3. Remove ads
