2. Check the Official League of Legends Guide
If you experience game performance issues such as frame drops or lag while using the app, it may be affected by your League of Legends game environment.
Please also check your game and PC settings according to the official Riot Games Guide.
3. Perform a Clean Reinstall of the App
Follow the steps below to reinstall the app and check if the issue improves.
- Uninstall the app from your PC. - (Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Uninstall OP.GG)
- Download and run the (op.gg.bat) file via the link below. (This file does not contain any viruses. When run, a CMD window will open and close automatically.) - Download op.gg.bat file

4. Toggle Enhanced Overlay On/Off
The 'Enhanced Overlay' feature is designed to improve overlay performance, but depending on your PC environment, it may actually cause performance degradation.
Go to the Overlay settings page and toggle the 'Enhanced Overlay' option on or off to see if there is any change in the issue.
5. Remove Ads
Various ads included in the desktop app may cause issues such as increased CPU usage and app stuttering. Therefore, we recommend subscribing to OP.GG Ad-free, which includes an ad-removal feature, to see if the symptoms improve.
