This issue may occur due to a conflict when the PC resolution and the League of Legends in-game resolution are set differently.
Please review the following items and try the actions below in order.
Set the PC resolution and League of Legends in-game resolution to the same values.
Set the PC monitor scale (text size) to 100%. (Display settings → Scale and layout)
If the issue persists after completing all of the above steps, please contact customer support with the following information.
- League of Legends in-game resolution: (e.g., 1920x1080, 2560x1440, etc.)
