1. Turn off hardware acceleration
Go to [Settings] - [Game] and turn off the hardware acceleration option to see if this resolves the issue.
2. Perform a clean reinstall
Follow the steps below to reinstall the app and check if the issue improves:
- Uninstall the app from your PC. - (Windows settings > Apps > Apps & features > Uninstall OP.GG for Desktop)
- Download the
op.gg.batfile from the link below and run it. (This file is virus-free and will briefly open a CMD window before automatically closing.) - Download op.gg.bat file - Download and install the latest version of the app from the following page: - https://op.gg/desktop/
Make sure to run the batch file in step 2 after downloading it.
3. Remove ads
