If the overlay is not working, please check the following:
1. Run as administrator
Make sure OP.GG for Desktop is running as administrator.
Right-click the app icon in Windows and run as administrator.
2. Enable overlay hotkey
Check if the following overlay menu is enabled in the settings: [Overlay settings - Hotkey [Shift + Tab]
3. In-game logo
Check if the OP.GG logo is displayed in the bottom left corner in-game.
If visible, click the logo and capture any error messages displayed on the screen and send it to our customer support.
4. Graphics card software or third-party apps
Using graphics card software like MSI Afterburner or AMD Software, or third-party apps with overlay features, can cause crashes.
Therefore, please check if the issue is resolved using the methods below.
- Navigate to the folder where RivaTuner is installed. (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Profiles)
- Download the global file and paste it into that folder. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N3iqZ6PJQOZVDo4hXmc-Bd-V0vQRW5v-/view?usp=sharing)
- Restart MSI Afterburner.
5. macOS version
OP.GG for Desktop for macOS does not support overlays.
