Sometimes, a user's nickname appears as #unknown in the match history due to temporary issues with the PUBG API server or because the user has not yet been searched or updated on OP.GG.

Q. How can I find the real nickname of a #unknown user?

The actual nickname will be displayed correctly once the account is searched for or updated on OP.GG. Unfortunately, until then, you cannot view the actual nickname.
