What is OP.GG Ad-free?

OP.GG Ad-free is a subscription plan that offers ad-free stats search and additional features. ✨

 

Payment method

Currently, OP.GG Ad-free only supports credit/debit card payments processed only through PC web browsers.

  1. Go to "Subscriptions" page.
  1. Click on "Try OP.GG Ad-free" to visit the Ad-free page.
  1. Click on "Subscribe now" to open the payment screen.

 

Payment method registration and payment

  1. Select a payment method and enter your payment information.
  1. Click [Start trial] to complete your subscription to OP.GG Ad-free.

     

    Changing payment method

    The payment method cannot be changed while the subscription is active. To change the payment method, you need to cancel the membership first and then proceed with the subscription payment again.

    Payment method registration/change/removal will be available on the subscription management page in the future.

     

    Payment receipt

    Upon completion of payment, a payment receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your OP.GG account.

     

    Payment failure

    If payment fails due to insufficient balance or exceeded limit on the scheduled payment date, the membership will be automatically canceled. To use OP.GG Ad-free again, you need to re-register the payment method and proceed with the payment.

     

    Membership cancellation

    1. Go to "Subscriptions" page.
    2. Click on "Deactivate."
    3. After confirming the expiration date, click [Cancel plan] to finish canceling the membership.

    Even after cancellation, OP.GG Ad-free subscription will remain active until the expiration date, and it will be terminated after the expiration date.

     

    Refund policy

    Refunds for OP.GG Ad-free subscription payments will be processed according to the policy of the paid membership terms. Please contact us for refund requests through 1:1 inquiry.

     

    Frequently asked questions

    Q. Can I make payments on mobile?

    Currently, the mobile app does not support navigation to the payment page or in-app purchases. Therefore, please make payments through mobile web or PC web browsers.

    Q. Can I change the payment date?

    You cannot change the payment date while subscribed. If you wish to change the payment date, please cancel the membership before the automatic payment date and then resubscribe after the expiration date to start the subscription on the desired date.

     

    Q. How long does a refund take?

    Refund requests are processed within 3 business days after receipt, and the time taken for card payment cancellation may vary depending on each card issuer's policy.

     

    Q. I can't use OP.GG Ad-free features after completing payment.

    If Ad-free features are not activated after subscribing to OP.GG Ad-free, please check the following:

    1. After logging in to your OP.GG account, go to "Subscriptions" to check if OP.GG Ad-free subscription is activated.

    2. Some Ad-free features require setting up a primary account. Make sure your desired Riot account is set as the primary account.
