Q. It’s different from my actual tier or LP.
This issue may be caused if you updated your stats right after a game ended, or if there was a temporary delay in the League of Legends API server or OP.GG internal server.
In most cases, it will update correctly after some time. Please wait a while and update your summoner page again.
Q. The number of wins and losses in ranked games is different.
The win/loss count displayed in the tier information is based on the match history updated on OP.GG and is calculated with the number of games played with champions in each season.
Discrepancies between the data provided by the League of Legends client or the API can occur due to the following reasons:
Includes remade matches in match history
If any of the matches you played were remade, the League of Legends API may count these remade matches as losses.
In this case, the number of losses may be displayed as fewer than the official data.
Match history hasn’t been updated
If you do not update your summoner page for an extended period, some match histories may not be updated on OP.GG and could be missing.
Matches that are not updated will not be counted in the champion stats and tier information, leading to discrepancies with the actual data.
Q. The recent match history is not updating.
All match history on OP.GG is based on data provided by Riot Games API.
If your recent match history does not update even after updating your summoner page, there may be a temporary delay or data loss in Riot Games API.
Most temporary delays are resolved over time, and recent matches will be updated. However, data loss cannot be recovered.
