Q. I'm only seeing a black screen and nothing happens.
This issue occurs when the patch version of your current LoL client is different from the patch version of the recorded game.
Please make sure your client is updated to the latest version or if the replay file was recorded on a previous version.
(When downloading a replay file from a previous patch version, a notification message will be displayed as shown below.)
Q. The CMD (Command Prompt) says it cannot find the path.
The issue shown below may occur if the directory is set incorrectly.
Please check the directory setting help guide again and reset the directory correctly.
Q. The client crashes with a BugSplat, or crash error popup.
This may occur when the Riot Games server is experiencing a temporary issue.
In most cases, the issue resolves itself once the server status returns to normal.
