What’s a pro player tag?
A pro player tag is given to players who play for a professional team in LoL Esports leagues. The pro player tag includes the team logo, team name, and pro player’s Riot ID.
Registered summoners can be spectated in real-time through Pro Spectate.
How to register a pro player tag
OP.GG currently registers pro players by the user or the player’s request.
If you’d like to register as a pro player, please contact us and submit a request by filling out the form below. The player will be registered after we confirm the information.
- Player name (nickname/real name)
- Team
- Riot ID / Region
- Source of player and summoner account info
- A link of external websites that show the pro player and summoner info
* The website that allow public editing, such as wikis, are excluded. - Clips or screenshots from streaming broadcasts or YouTube videos that can identify the pro player or summoner
- Any record including an official statement of joining a team or playing on a team
- Any other information that can verify the pro player
※ Please note that pro players will only be registered when the sources are verified.
Please note that the pro player may not be registered under the following conditions even when the sources are verified.
- If the account is an inactive account.
- If the account is unranked or below Diamond tier in solo queue
- If the player is a retired pro player.
- If the player doesn’t play in an official LoL Esports team or plays for a team in a lower league.
Can streamers add tags as well?
We are currently developing a feature that allows streamers to add tags. If there is a streamer you would like to see added, please submit a request with the following information:
- Streamer’s name
- Stream or YouTube channel link
- Riot ID / Server
- Source of Riot ID info (stream clips, YouTube video clips, or screenshot)
